I have a particular interest in new media, and the challenges these emerging technologies create for organisations and communicators. I have a proven track record of building, branding and marketing online services and motivating teams to deliver exceptional end-user experience.


I am currently working with the world's largest volunteer firefighting organisation developing a new online communication channel to enhance volunteer communication across the service and provide tools to help them manage their brigade activities.
